The United States stands as a beacon of liberty for the entire world. Our freedom of speech is a key American value and the right upon which all of our other rights depend.
Yet freedom of speech is at risk – no matter which side of the political “aisle” you may be on. In July 2023, 102 members of Congress signed a letter, asking the House Judiciary Subcommittee to withdraw an invitation to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to provide expert witness testimony under oath to Congress about federal agencies colluding with social media companies to censor speech. Kennedy has been identified in scores of federal documents as a target of censorship. The letter was rife with lies about Mr. Kennedy. It was an attempt to keep him from testifying, under oath, about censorship.

When the letter did not work, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (who authored the original letter) interrupted constantly and even stopped the entire hearing making a formal motion to force the hearing behind closed doors and censor Mr. Kennedy. Such disgraceful practices as this cannot continue.
It is critical that these 102 congressional representatives hear from their constituents so they know this type of abhorrent behavior will not be tolerated.
