SEPTEMBER 6 – Staten Island, NY – TEACHERS FOR CHOICE backed by Children’s Health Defense will be holding a non-denominational prayer vigil at the Richmond County Courthouse at 2:30pm. Judge Ralph Porzio will issue his ruling in the case DiCapua v. City of New York to see if educators and workers fired for declining covid vaccination get their jobs back and whether he will certify the first ever class action lawsuit for NYC workers fired for declining covid vaccination.

I would love to have opportunity to be part of class action law suit against NYC . Was placed on lwop Oct 7,2021 after 2 hearings – and denied medical exemption with doctors explicit note from St Francis Hospital.
