Attorney Michael Sussman has informed me that our complaint involving the privacy rights of those forced to be a part of NYC’s in-school COVID testing program is ready to be filed in court, and he is about to communicate that to the litigants who have signed on to the case yesterday.
The case will not be filed if we do not get $3000 to fund it.

This will be the first case to legally challenge NYC in court over in-school COVID testing and if we get the $3000 today it could be filed TOMORROW!
