URGENT – ANY CHILD WHO HAS BEEN DENIED ADMISSION FOR THIS REASON (parent not signing consent for in-school COVID testing) MAY GO BACK TOMORROW (12-16-20) AS WELL AS ANY STAFF MEMBER. NO EXCUSIONS CAN CONTINUE AT THIS TIME. THAT IS WHAT THE JUDGE STATED CLEARLY TODAY THOUGH SHE DID NOT SIGN THE ORDER. IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE, TELL BUILDING PRINCPALS TO CALL PHILLIP S. FRANK,. ESQ. AT THE OFFICE OF THE NY CITY CORPORATION COUNSEL.
Teachers For Choice 
I was just informed by my principal that my kids are still not permitted into the school building because I don’t have any type of legal document supporting this information, and that this is nothing more than “a Twitter post”. If there is any information you could provide to me, I would appreciate it. The medical exemption I submitted for my children was denied as well.
