NY Take Action: NYC Doesn’t Want to Stop Illegal Forced COVID Testing of Students

LET’S MAKE THEM STOP!!!

In response to opposition from the United Federation of Teachers (NYC teachers union) and Mayor de Blasio, the Daily News reports that the State Ed Department may be walking back a Tuesday announcement that Covid-19 tests could no longer be a condition for in-person education or access to any school activities.

All Covid-19 tests are allowed under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the federal government. Federal law prohibits any government from making anything issued under an EUA mandatory.

Give the following key players a call and let them know you want the Schools to follow federal law with no mandatory testing for students.
