Below is a 2 minute video update focusing on the case KANE vs DE BLASIO which is fighting on behalf of educators in NYC who were denied religious exemptions to vaccination. Two weeks ago our case was before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in front of a motions panel. The arguments went well and the Justices indicated they would be looking to schedule an expedited merits panel hearing.
Two weeks is not “expedited.”
However the Justices proceed at their discretion and there is nothing we can do about that. We do believe we will be hearing from the court this week.
There are multiple other cases being argued in various courtrooms through out New York right now focusing on the forced vaccine mandates in NYC. There is also a new case coming onto the scene very soon. Most of our followers know Eric Adams has just announced he plans to fire all NYC employees who are not fully vaccinated by February 11.
