Letter from CHD Legal to Albany Lawmakers – This post has a letter written by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) legal counsel Rolf Hazlehurst which was sent by FedEx last week to all of the leadership in Albany, NY. The letter makes clear that the minor consent bill A276b which would allow minors to consent to vaccination without parental knowledge or consent is illegal and unconstitutional.
