Noelle Florio “Covid Mandate Psychosis” Hearings Come to an End

Closing Argument in the Matter of: The William Floyd Union Free School District v. Rev. Noelle Florio

Case No. 39, 817

On October 17th, 2022, Kevin Coster, the Superintendent of the William Floyd Union Free School District (“WFUFSD”) and the Board of Education charged Noelle Florio with nine repeated counts of insubordination, misconduct, neglect of duty and incompetence.  Had it not been for the medical mandates imposed by both Gov. Cuomo and Gov. Hochul, Ms. Florio would still be teaching today.

As many of you are aware from our previous posts regarding her case, Noelle has not been in the classroom since June of 2021 due to her beliefs in medical and religious freedom. She is STILL considered an employee of WFUFSD, however, she remains unpaid to this day.

After six days of hearings: March 20th, 2023, March 23rd, 2023, April 6th, 2023, April 11th, 2023, and April 26th, 2023, Hearing Officer Julie Torrey, Esq ruled that closing arguments for both parties are due TODAY: June 19th 2023.

Betsy Combier, paralegal to Sean M. Dixon assisted Attorney Dixon in writing the closing arguments. Ms. Combier is an activist, investigative journalist, and advocate in all matters pertaining to NYS Education Law. Their closing argument summarizes nearly two years of what Noelle has endured, along with the details of the hearings that took place. 

Ms. Combier has helped hundreds of teachers defeat the tyranny of the NYC education system by exposing the corruption of 3020-a proceedings and the school district’s involvement of ousting “problem teachers” through 913 “Fit for Duty” exams. She has also studied and worked on cases which involved Dr. Solomon, and has won complete dismissal of all charges.  

Dr. Peter R. Breggin, nationally recognized psychiatrist for over 40 years and author of dozens of books including his most recent, Covid-19 and the Global Predators: We Are The Prey has openly refuted Solomon’s analysis in order to help Noelle and potentially others who’ve faced such cruel judgment.
