NYC DOE suspended workers for refusing to take school-issued COVID tests: suit

They do not mention NY Teachers For Choice in the report, but this is the lawsuit that we are raising money to bring to court, and have been working on for over a month. The coverage is decent and worth reading. Our attorney Michael Sussman is quoted in the report.
