The NY POST, Daily News, and 1010 WINS have all reported on TEACHERS FOR CHOICE most recent lawsuit challenging NYC’s mandatory in-school COVID testing regime. None of the reports mention TEACHERS FOR CHOICE. I know for a fact 1010 WINS and NY POST found out about the lawsuit from our report announcing the lawsuit. That is where they were able to download a copy of our attorney Michael Sussman’s verified legal complaint.
We are very excited to see the Mainstream Media giving this the attention it deserves. The NY POST quotes Michael Sussman in their report, which is well worth reading. Hopefully the NY Times will be next to cover this critical lawsuit.
