NY Take Action NOW! Albany may be trying to sneak through a Covid mandate for children tomorrow!
Update on this odd bill HERE
As expected, State Senator Brad Hoylman introduced a Covid bill, Senate Bill S7320, it that appears to give the Health Commissioner the authority to order children to get the Covid shot.
The description of the bill reads, “Relates to the definition of administration with respect to immunization to prevent Covid-19 for children between the ages of two and eighteen years of age.”
This is not at all like any other mandate bill they have ever done but they are not to be trusted.
The legislature will be convening tomorrow to consider emergency legislation related to evictions but don’t put it passed them to try and sneak this through.
Get on the phone now and call the following people and tell them that you don’t want this bill to move forward.

Assemblymember Jeffrey Dinowitz announced he will be introducing an identical bill in the Assembly, but it has yet to appear on the Assembly website.
Hoylman and Dinowitz were the authors of the bill that repealed the religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school, and they are the authors of a bill that would mandate annual flu shots for all pre-school and K-12 students.
Bills to mandate shots have always been changes to the Public Health Law but this changes the Education Law. Why they are doing this is unclear to us.

Just called Heastie’s office
I was assured that the bill being proposed only allows children to be vaccinated, should the parents wish, with a pharmacist. The bill does not mandate the vaccine. It just allows vaccinations by a pharmacist instead of a dictor

Thank you Marty.
Currently we are not convinced Heastie’s office is being honest. Every expert, lawyer and lawmaker we have spoken to so far doesn’t know what the fuck this bill will do.
These experts have seen pharmacist bills before, and they look nothing like this.
Overall Albany legislators are lying scumbags. We know the few we can trust.
Heastie is not one of them.
