Religious Freedom Rally at Foley Square!

We are back in court Monday, November 22nd to argue the merits of our case. Our attorneys have filed their briefs with the court. At the end of this report is the brief filed by our attorney Sujata Gibson.
I know this process is confusing, so I will try to break it down.
On November 11th we won a temporary injunction and admission by the NYC DOE that their process for religious exemptions was unconstitutional. The magnitude of this victory can hardly be overstated! Now we are arguing in court the full merits of our case in an attempt to over-rule the lower court which denied us the injunction to begin with.
It is still possible we will be appealing to SCOTUS if necessary.
