Kane v. de Blasio, Keil v. NYC, and New Yorkers for Religious Liberty are back in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals on February 8th. We will be holding a rally and multi-faith prayer vigil across from the Thurgood Marshall Courthouse in downtown Manhattan.
John Bursch will be arguing in court for us.
Bursch is with Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) which has argued in front of the Supreme Court 13 times having won multiple times in SCOTUS. He will be flying in to NYC to argue on behalf of fired firefighters, police officers, teachers, healthcare workers, sanitation workers and ALL NYC workers.
Sujata Gibson will be arguing in court for us fresh off of her amazing win for NY Healthcare Workers, backed by Children’s Health Defense.
We have brought hundreds, even thousands of people to Foley Square to rally for medical freedom in the past and it is time we do so again!
