  1. Hello Mr.Kane,

I’d like to participate in your suit and I’m wondering about something in particular:

I worked for the DOE as a long-term Substitute teacher from December 2020 to August 2021. I was officially terminated in 2022 for refusal to get the shot. I have the termination email they sent me where they clearly state that’s why they let me go.

In September 2021 I requested a religious exemption. I tried many times to upload my request letter to the bizarre portal that they set up. I think my letter didn’t”officially land” but I believe that was what they intended.

Would I still be able to participate in your lawsuit even though they never officially acknowledged in writing that they received my religious exemption request?

P.S. You have been a strong and compassionate voice for many of us in the past two years. Please run for mayor or congress!
