Bobby Kennedy’s Medical Freedom Presidential Platform is quite simply unparalleled. No one running against him – nor anyone in history who ever ran for President – has put forth anything near this caliber of actionable plan to heal our children, end Big Pharma’s capture of regulatory agencies, and protect our fundamental rights to bodily autonomy!
There is no single person on the planet who has done more for workers fired for declining vaccination in New York than Bobby Kennedy, making our endorsement of him a virtual no-brainer.
When Bobby Kennedy was the Chairman for Children’s Health Defense he oversaw the investment of millions of dollars of capital and labor into multiple lawsuits fighting for teachers, firefighters, police officers, medical professionals, sanitation workers, military personnel and many more who were fired for declining covid vaccination. Those cases include Kane v. de Blasio, New Yorkers for Religious Liberty (NYFRL) v. City of New York, DiCapua v. City of New York, Medical Professionals for Informed Consent (MPIC) v. Mary T. Bassett and many more. Nearly two years have been invested into these cases which are still ongoing in the courts making progress with powerful arguments, poised to win.
Bobby Kennedy is the only candidate for President who came to a NY Freedom Rally in NYC in October of 2021; at the height of the covid crisis when we were all losing our jobs for declining vaccination. No one else but Bobby Kennedy was there on the streets of Manhattan fighting for fired workers!

- From that interview Rogan ended up challenging Big Pharma shill Dr. Peter Hotez to debate Kennedy on his show. Rogan’s tweet issuing the challenge received 57 million views! The story dominated mainstream news outlets for weeks.
- Kennedy challenged a pediatrician on the childhood vaccine schedule during his town hall which aired nationally on News Nation. The 13-minute exchange has been viewed over 18 million times! There’s no question Kennedy won the debate that ensued.
- Kennedy’s congressional testimony on July 20 opened up the floodgates for him to share truths on vaccines and public health under oath on the congressional record; including how natural immunity is superior to vaccine induced immunity, the lack of placebo-controlled studies for all vaccines, as well as the liability immunity given to vaccine manufacturers in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986.
- Kennedy has forced Trump to come to the forefront with a campaign promise to investigate and find the causes of autism. That would never have happened if not for Kennedy running for President.
- And no one should forget Kennedy has helped finance, oversee and argue dozens of lawsuits defending Medical Freedom with at least 14 victories and positive outcomes (and many more are still active cases in the courts including at least 5 in New York alone).
