This is a case of NYC teachers and educators suing NYC over the covid vaccine mandate and religious discrimination. Teachers For Choice is one of the named plaintiffs and the case was initiated with the support and vision of Robert F. On September 6, Judge Ralph Porzio will issue his ruling on whether the named plaintiffs will get their jobs back and if a class action lawsuit will be certified. If certification occurs, this will be the very first class action lawsuit in NYC for workers fired for declining the covid vaccination.
