LAWSUITS: TWO Critical Cases in New York need your support!
SEPTEMBER 6 – Staten Island, NY – TEACHERS FOR CHOICE backed by Children’s Health Defense will be holding a non-denominational prayer vigil at the Richmond County Courthouse at 2:30pm. Judge Ralph Porzio will issue his ruling in the case DiCapua v. City of New York to see if educators fired for declining covid vaccination get their jobs back and whether he will certify the first ever class action lawsuit for fired NYC workers:
ADDRESS: Richmond Supreme Court, 26 Central Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10301 on 9-6-23, be there by 2:30pm for non-denominational prayer vigil.
SEPTEMBER 13 – Rochester, NY – QUARANTINE CAMP APPEAL: Governor Kathy Hochul issued a regulation we call the “Quarantine Camp Regulation” that allowed anyone to be detained in any fashion related to disease with no proof if the Governor so ordered. Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox got that regulation struck down in court, but Hochul wants her Quarantine Camps back! She has appealed, and the case will be heard in Rochester NY. Everyone should show up at 9am for a peaceful rally to show support. Court hearing begins at 10am – this may be the most important lawsuit of the year! (the night before, September 12, there will be a fundraiser in Rochester for the case – get details here).
