After our attorney Sujata Gibson appealed our case to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals last week, NYC’s lawyers responded in writing to the court.
Below you will find Gibson’s reply to NYC filed with the court yesterday. She does an outstanding job of refuting all of NYC’s claims and proving the denial of our religious exemptions to vaccination, and all similarly situated educators, is illegal and unconstitutional. We hope to be hearing from the Court very soon.
