This past Friday Judge Gerard J. Neri ruled the covid vaccine mandate for New York healthcare workers implemented by Governor Kathy Hochul is arbitrary, capricious, null & void, and cannot be enforced.
Today I interviewed the attorney who won the case on behalf of Children’s Health Defense, as well as two plaintiffs who formed Medical Professionals for Informed Consent (MPIC).

Margaret Florini, A.S.C.P. (American Society for Clinical Pathology board certification). Margaret is the President and co-founder of Medical Professionals for Informed Consent and is a named plaintiff in the suit individually as well. Before she was terminated because of the COVID-19 vaccine, she worked as a medical laboratory specialist at a hospital in Binghamton, NY (Lourdes-Ascension Hospital).
Kristen Robillard, M.D. Dr. Robillard is the other co-founder of Medical Professionals for Informed Consent and also a named plaintiff in the suit individually. She worked as a family medicine physician at Lourdes-Ascension Hospital for 26 years and also was a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at SUNY Upstate medical. Because of the mandate, she was forced to leave both positions.
Medical Professionals for Informed Consent (“MPIC”) is an unincorporated New York State not-for-profit membership association made up of doctors, nurses, scientists, and other medical professionals dedicated to protecting and advocating for the fundamental right to informed consent. They are headquartered in Vestal, New York, and have members in Onondaga County, Broome County, and across New York State.
