It is being reported that Karen Kingston is missing and was last seen in Mexico. Some of her family members seem to be confirming this is the case. I absolutely hope Kingston is safe, healthy, well and wish her and her family all the best.
In the Medical Freedom community Kingston has come on the scene fairly recently making many extraordinary claims. With recent reports of her going missing a Give Send Go has been created stating it is collecting money to “help Karen and her family with providing for the personal safety, associated costs, and medical care that she needs.”

The Give Send Go was created by Dr. Margaret Aranda who works very closely with Carolina Bonita, aka Carolina Galvan, aka Patricia Rodriguez. Carolina is an outed operative for unknown forces that do not have the best intentions of the people at the heart of their mission (see extensive documentation below).
Aranda published a substack about Kingston going missing. In the substack she thanks Carolina, promotes her brand “Medical Censorship” and links to one of her tweets.

It is well established and not disputed that Carolina is involved in this effort.
Below is a significant amount of documentation to support that Carolina is not working for the betterment of the Medical Freedom movement. Given that Carolina is so closely affiliated with this Give Send Go effort I will not be donating to it, and advise everyone be cautious and prudent with your own decisions.

In January of 2023 THE BONITA REPORT was published. This was the first place where Carolina’s alleged gun smuggling connection was publicly reported, quoting Trucker Brian Brase who witnessed the situation.
