Our attorney Sujata Gibson just informed us KANE vs DE BLASIO will be briefed in an expedited fashion in the second circuit appeal recently filed.
NYC has until Tuesday, November 2nd to reply to our appeal.
Then we have until Friday, November 5th for our final reply.
This is good.
It likely ensures that we will get a judgement from the court in the second week of November. No guarantees what that judgement will be of course, but it is good to see some urgency in the matter.
