Mark your calendars, our cases claiming NYC’s religious exemption to vaccination process was unconstitutional will be argued on February 8, 2023.

Of course we wish it were even sooner than this, but it is better than being scheduled in March (possibly end of March) and it is good that the 2nd Circuit Court is taking our attorneys letters and concerns seriously.
