Assemblymember Jeffrey Dinowitz, Albany’s leading drug company shill, has reintroduced his bill to require COVID shots for all kindergarten through twelfth grade students in New York. The new number for the bill is A2178.
Gov. Kathy Hochul keeps on saying she wants a school mandate. New York City Mayor Eric Adams said over the weekend, “there may be another time that we are going to have to do mandates again.” This could be the vehicle to do that.
The minimum standard for any medical intervention is that we have solid, credible data to show that the intervention provides better health outcomes than not giving it. Dinowitz, Hochul, and the vaccine industry cannot meet that minimal standard for mass injection of children with the COVID shot. Dinowitz has shown time and time again that he can’t be bothered to do even minimal research on his bills.

Please get on the phone. Call your Assemblymember and ask if he or she supports mandatory COVID shots to attend school. They may try and dodge the question by saying that they are not on the health committee, or this bill is not scheduled for a vote, or some other excuse to avoid answering. Do not let them divert you.
Right now there is no companion bill in the Senate for A2178, and the bill has only one co-sponsor in the Assembly. But that could change in a day.

Here are some of the major issues with COVID shots and children:
57% of children have not had the COVID shot. Despite massive propaganda campaigns for three years and free shots available nearly everywhere, a poll by the American Academy of Pediatrics shows that 57% of children have not had the COVID shot. Why? Parents do not trust the shot and they do not think COVID is a serious threat. Good luck to any politician who wants to force those parents against their will to give the shot to their kids.
COVID shots do not prevent infection with COVID. A fact the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted in August of 2021. Everybody knows many people who got the shots and boosters and still ended up with COVID.

COVID shots have very limited efficacy in children. A 2022 study co-authored by former New York State Health Commissioner Mary Bassett concluded: “There is limited evidence on the effectiveness of the BNT162b2 (Pfizer) vaccine for children, particularly those 5-11 years and after the Omicron variant’s emergence.”Bassett found vaccine effectiveness against cases for 5–11-year-olds declined from 68% to 12%, an 82% reduction in effectiveness, in less than 35 days.

Even Fauci says COVID shots do not “effectively control” the virus. In reference to viruses for colds, influenza and SARS Covid-2 Fauci said, “Because these viruses generally do not elicit complete and durable protective immunity by themselves, they have not to date been effectively controlled by licensed or experimental vaccines”.

COVID shots have an extremely high injury rate. According to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) there have been 34,270 deaths, 191,486 hospitalizations, 10387 cases of anaphylaxis, 16,707 cases of Bell’s Palsy, 4,920 miscarriages, 18,504 heart attacks, 26,388 cases of myocarditis/pericarditis and 63, 097 permanent disabilities associated with the COVID shot as 2/14/23. More deaths have been reported for the COVID shot than for all other vaccines combined since VAERS was founded in 1988. Federal studies have shown that VAERS is believed to capture at most 13% of all injuries.

No matter what else you might say about Dinowitz there is no denying that he is the hardest working person in Albany for the giant companies that control the global vaccine market and public health apparatus. Dinowitz was the author of the 2019 bill that repealed the religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school.
In addition to A2178, Dinowitz has so far introduced:

- A2125, Eliminates religious exemptions from vaccine mandates for work and college,

- A2143, Requires COVID shots to attend college,
- A2183, Specifies altering digital information in the New York State Immunization Information System is illegal (even though that is already illegal,)
- A2186, Prohibits children who have not had the full vaccine schedule required to attend public school from attending overnight, day, or travel camps,
- A2905, Requires the New York State Department of Health to track all medical exemptions written by New York physicians,
- A4324, Allows New York State Department of Health to require employees of overnight, day, or travel camps to get shots.
Obviously, Dinowitz does not think that anyone should have any say about what goes into our own bodies or our children’s bodies.
Teachers For Choice 
End The Vaccine Injury Court now! Instate full product liability now! That is a movement the U.S.A. needs now.
I am a constituent of Rep Dinowitz’s here in the North Riverdale area of The Bronx. Unfortunately for us, Rep. Dinowitz is we can see from his legislative efforts above, positively Big-Pharma Crazy!!

I am a long-term Lyme Disease patient and if you are familiar with the possible origins of this devastating illness then you would be weary of any mandated pharmaceutical product. People must have a choice to decide what is right for themselves. If you really think mandated vaccines and other pharmaceuticals are a good idea then you should be lobbying to end the Vaccine Injury Court and mandate full product liability! Why are you not doing that? Due to my illness, I have studied alternative medical therapies, holistic, ayurvedic, naturopathy, among others. While listening to dissenting medical voices, It was clear to me back in 2020 that lockdowns, social distancing, masking, etc, would not work. I would add, moreover, that there were alternative treatments that could and did work to treat this nasty upper respiratory illness — C19. There are numerous things that I practice and take to safe guard my health after many hospitalizations and years of illness. Seriously, Rep. Dinowitz, you should listen to dissenting medical voices because “We” got this wrong and the cure since 2020 has been about as bad as the cause. I submitted a religious accommodation request to my employer in which I discussed my health journey in much greater detail than above. The entire staff in the restaurant at The Met Opera already knew about it and support my return to work but my employer will not let me return. This is cruel and unusual punishment. Heck, Bill Gates even says now that the C19 vaccines do not work as we were led to believe. Rep. Dinowitz, it is never too late to do the right thing and admit you made a mistake. God and his children will forgive you. I am, by the way, one of your constituents. Lyme with co-infections is a true handicap and the vaccine is just to risky for me to take and all of my colleagues know about my alternative health practices and do not fear that I am an ‘asymptomatic’ spreader of disease like Typhoid Mary. It is just not true. Would you please help me return to work? Thank you.
