NYC Vaccine Mandate is STILL IN EFFECT for ALL CITY WORKERS

Despite a phenomenal ruling from Judge Porzio to reinstate fired city workers who declined covid vaccination, not one NYC employee has returned to their job due to this ruling. NYC immediately appealed the decision which has frozen it’s impact.
The most important thing right now is EVERYONE MUST VOTE ON NOVEMBER 8!
If we don’t throw out the Democratic Leadership that supported and enabled Draconian mandates we will never get out of this situation and never get our jobs back. Lee Zeldin MUST become Governor of New York with your support at the polls. Even if you feel the Republicans don’t’ deserve your support that is irrelevant – the Democrats deserve consequences for the horrific acts they have inflicted on all New Yorkers during the covid crisis. If you don’t like the Republicans vote on the Conservative line.
Having said all this I do not want to down play just how significant the ruling is from Judge Porzio . The ruling found that the NYC vaccine mandate is arbitrary, capricious and unconstitutional. No other judge has made such a bold and confident ruling until now. This is why so many people have been celebrating this ruling, and why I participated in part in that celebration.
Most importantly ALL of the NYC worker mandate cases are symbiotic; they talk to one another, and reference each other.
I believe the recent ruling in favor of NYC Sanitation workers reflects the fact that we have won the hearts, minds and spirits of the majority of New Yorkers. The Zeitgeist of New York and the nation is now anti-mandate, and I am now convinced we will win, but I don’t know when the victory comes. 2 weeks? 2 months? 2 years? I just don’t know.
Nor do I know which case or cases will be the final straw.
Nevertheless – STAY FOCUSED. ALL HANDS ON DECK FOR NOVEMBER 8TH AND GETTING EVERYONE OUT TO VOTE.

It is ridiculous , all city workers should get their job back immediately , with back pay ! Especially Teachers. Children are suffering from having lost their teachers and are taking the impact . Schools are out of control .
NYC is unsafe . The Sanitation situation in the city is deplorable we hear , unsafe and the smell repulsive not to mention the risk of the spreading of diseases !
