Minor Consent Vaccine Bill Looms as Activists Head Back To Albany NY 5-16-23

Dozens of New York Grassroots groups are headed to Albany, NY on May 16, on the very day the Assembly Health Committee is voting to let minors get vaccinated without parental knowledge or consent. The activists are calling this the Time for Medical Freedom Rally.

Bill A276a sponsored by Assemblywoman Amy Paulin would allow medical products that purport to prevent STD’s to be given to minors without parental knowledge or consent. This includes the HPV vaccine Gardasil, the HEP-B vaccine as well as the HIV drug PrEP which is currently mired in multiple lawsuits alleging excessive adverse reactions and injuries for many who have taken it.

Gardasil is the only vaccine licensed for use in the United States related to HPV and is a product of Merck. There are multiple lawsuits currently being argued in court surrounding the dangers and adverse events from this vaccine. Some of these adverse events include autoimmune disease, Guillian-Barre syndrome, encephalopathy (brain damage), infertility and even death.

“No one should be making medical decisions for – or with – my child without me,” said Bonnie Skala Kiladitis, a mother of two from Queens, NY who will be headed to Albany on May 16.

Over Mother’s Day weekend, bill A7154 came on the agenda for the Health Committee which would implement a state-wide adult vaccine database. The Medical Freedom activists oppose this bill as well. Oddly a bill backed by Republican Assemblyman Flood from Long Island is also on the agenda, and this would make all covid shot mandates illegal in NY State. Medical Freedom activists support this bill.
